Service & Maintenance for Your Elevator
We keep your building moving. Day and night.
For more than two decades we've been guiding hundreds of buildings through every elevator decision — it is the heart of the building, after all. A service contract with an experienced, reliable company, 24/7 emergency response, and full documentation after every visit are just some of the things to consider when choosing a service company. We know every elevator under our care personally, and we keep them running — day and night, 365 days a year. When the elevator works, nobody bothers the building committee — let us get to know your elevator too, and we'll keep it that way.
Elevator maintenance is not a luxury — it's an obligation
An elevator works around the clock and carries heavy loads every day. Without routine maintenance it wears down, develops faults, and can become a real risk to residents. That is why Israeli law leaves this to no one's discretion.
A building committee that fails to maintain the elevator properly is not only endangering residents — it is also exposed to legal liability. We make sure your building meets every requirement, without you having to chase after it yourselves.
What the law requires
- A safety inspection by a certified inspector on behalf of the Ministry of Labor — at least twice a year.
- Routine maintenance visits by the service company — inspection, lubrication, mechanism adjustment, and monitoring.
- Compliance with Israeli Standard SI 2481 and the Elevator Service Supervision Order (1984).
- Correction of every defect the inspector lists in the report — through to full approval.

What separates a good service company from a mediocre one?
Every company will call itself professional — here is what actually makes the difference:
Our own team, not subcontractors
Many companies sign you up and then send an unfamiliar subcontractor. With us, the same certified team that knows your elevator comes back every time.
We know your model
Not every elevator works the same. We have experience with older and less common systems too — nobody learns on your dime.
Preventive maintenance, not firefighting
We fix the defect before it becomes a breakdown. Fewer stoppages, fewer rescues, fewer surprises for the committee.
Fast response — even at night and on holidays
When we say 24/7 we mean it. You will never pay a premium for rescues — on any day, at any hour.
Full transparency, no fine print
You know exactly what the contract covers and what it does not. No surprises on the bill at the end of the month.
Digital report after every visit
Every visit comes with a report to the committee on what was done — for you and the residents to review.
