Service & Maintenance for Your Elevator

We keep your building moving. Day and night.

For more than two decades we've been guiding hundreds of buildings through every elevator decision — it is the heart of the building, after all. A service contract with an experienced, reliable company, 24/7 emergency response, and full documentation after every visit are just some of the things to consider when choosing a service company. We know every elevator under our care personally, and we keep them running — day and night, 365 days a year. When the elevator works, nobody bothers the building committee — let us get to know your elevator too, and we'll keep it that way.

A service & maintenance company for your elevator — it's mandatory!

Elevator maintenance is not a luxury — it's an obligation

An elevator works around the clock and carries heavy loads every day. Without routine maintenance it wears down, develops faults, and can become a real risk to residents. That is why Israeli law leaves this to no one's discretion.

A building committee that fails to maintain the elevator properly is not only endangering residents — it is also exposed to legal liability. We make sure your building meets every requirement, without you having to chase after it yourselves.

Transparent, in writing, no surprises

What's included in our service contract

Fixed maintenance visit

Our own certified technician arrives for preventive maintenance on a pre-set schedule — not just when something breaks.

Safety inspections per the standard

Full periodic inspection per SI 2481 and Ministry of Labor requirements.

Fault repair + original parts

Fast diagnosis and repair of every fault, with original spare parts only.

24/7 emergency response & rescue

Hotline available at every hour — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Liaison with the authorities

Preparation for certified-inspector audits and defect handling through to approval.

Reports & full transparency

Organized digital documentation of every visit, fault, and action performed on the elevator.

How to choose a service company

What separates a good service company from a mediocre one?

Every company will call itself professional — here is what actually makes the difference:

Our own team, not subcontractors

Many companies sign you up and then send an unfamiliar subcontractor. With us, the same certified team that knows your elevator comes back every time.

We know your model

Not every elevator works the same. We have experience with older and less common systems too — nobody learns on your dime.

Preventive maintenance, not firefighting

We fix the defect before it becomes a breakdown. Fewer stoppages, fewer rescues, fewer surprises for the committee.

Fast response — even at night and on holidays

When we say 24/7 we mean it. You will never pay a premium for rescues — on any day, at any hour.

Full transparency, no fine print

You know exactly what the contract covers and what it does not. No surprises on the bill at the end of the month.

Digital report after every visit

Every visit comes with a report to the committee on what was done — for you and the residents to review.

FAQ on elevator service & maintenance

The law requires a safety inspection by a Ministry of Labor certified inspector at least twice a year, alongside routine maintenance visits by the service company. We set the right frequency for your elevator type and usage load.
Yes, subject to the terms of your current contract. Most contracts allow termination with two to three months' notice. Check the exit clauses — we'll gladly walk you through a smooth transition.
The price depends on elevator type, system age, building height, and usage load. A full contract (parts included) costs more but gives budget certainty. We'll visit, inspect, and prepare an exact quote for your building — no obligation.
A full contract covers parts too, so there are no billing surprises. A service contract covers labor and maintenance, with parts billed separately as needed. We'll help you choose what pays off for your building.
