The heart of the elevator
Motor, cables, sheaves and guide rails. Heavy equipment responsible for carrying the load of your cabin every day, 365 days a year. These are usually the parts behind noise, vibration and a ride that feels like a rollercoaster. Replacing them restores a quiet, reliable ride and significantly reduces service call-outs.
The "brain" of the elevator
The control panel is what decides where the elevator goes, when it stops and how it responds. Older panels are built on decades-old technology, and a large share of faults and sudden stops come from exactly there. A new controller is smarter, more precise, diagnoses faults on its own, is easier to service and consumes less electricity.

This is where the components that change the feel itself come in. An encoder knows at every moment exactly where the cabin is, and together with a frequency drive it produces gradual acceleration and deceleration and a precise stop level with the floor. The result: a soft ride, without the jolt at the start and the end — and without that little step at the threshold that makes people trip.

Floor, walls, ceiling and lighting, mirror, handrail, buttons and fan — and even the door frames and landing doors on every floor. You choose it all from a catalogue and match it to the look of the building, so the elevator becomes a modern design feature instead of something that looks forgotten in time.
