Even a good elevator company has days when it needs backup

Nobody knows your elevators better than you do. But some jobs aren't part of any service company's routine, and somehow they all arrive in the same week.

🗓️

The job that comes twice a decade

Replacing ropes or calibrating a governor isn't everyday work. Whoever does it once or twice every 10 years starts a little from scratch each time.

🧰

The tools you don't keep in stock

Pulling ropes, lifting a machine and measuring tripping speed all need dedicated equipment. Buying it for a single job doesn't always make sense. We have it in our warehouse.

⏳

The team stuck on one project

Three days of a senior technician on a machine replacement are three days in which dozens of maintenance visits wait in line. And your customers don't like to wait.

For exactly those days, we're here.

What we do

The heavy jobs, from the machine to the door

There's almost no job we can't do, on any type of elevator and for any manufacturer.

  • Replacing rollers and gibs
  • Adjusting and synchronizing car and landing doors

  • Removing the existing control panel and installing a new one
  • Frequency inverter installation
  • Encoder installation and calibration
  • Shaft and car wiring
  • Test runs, adjustment and functional tests

Speed Governor Calibration

Not sure what to do every 6 years when the governor calibration expires? Pick up the phone. We'll measure the actual tripping speed and issue a report, calibrate, and replace if needed.

What's included

  • Tripping speed measurement and report
  • Calibration to the elevator's rated speed
  • Safety gear operation test
  • Governor and governor rope replacement

Hydraulic Elevator Work

A hydraulic elevator forgives a lot, but not a worn seal. It starts with a few drops of oil on the pit floor and ends with an elevator slowly sinking below floor level. From the piston in the pit to the power unit in the machine room, we handle everything that flows, leaks or loses pressure.

What's included

  • Piston seal replacement
  • Piston and cylinder replacement
  • Valve block replacement and adjustment
  • Pump, motor and power unit replacement
  • Oil and pressure line replacement

Frequently Asked Questions

What elevator companies ask us

Do you work with all manufacturers?
Yes. We work on elevators from every manufacturer and of every age, including older and less common systems that few people still know.
Can we order just one job from you?
Absolutely. You can come to us for a one-off job, such as replacing the ropes on one elevator, calibrating a governor or replacing a door operator, with no ongoing commitment. And if you need a team to install a new elevator, we also have  a whole page about it.
Who supplies the parts?
Usually you do. You know the elevator and your suppliers, and we bring the hands, the tools and the experience. If you need help finding a part, we're happy to help.
How far in advance do we need to book?
It depends on the scope of the job and how busy that period is. Planned work is best booked as early as possible, and if something is urgent, talk to us and we'll see what we can do.
Which areas do you work in?
We're based in Kiryat Ono, and most of our work is in central Israel. We look at jobs outside the center case by case, so it's worth asking.
Ready when you are

Got a job that's been waiting on the side for a month?

Send us details about the elevator and the job, and a few photos if you have them. We'll get back to you with a quote.
